My vehicle broke down in a bad rain, downtown Covington April 24th during all this pandemic issue. There were 2 people at the dealership due to restricted hours and Stephen, executive manager, agreed to w April 24th during all this pandemic issue. What started out as a no win situation turned out to be an incredible lesson in customer service and sacrifice. Some people make negative assumptions when it comes to car dealers.
