If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. The culture and ethics at Peoria Infiniti are obviously dictated from the top down, and there are NO ethics. These people will say and do anything to stick it to the customer. They lie about everything from the KNOWN working/operating condition of the vehicles on their lot, the financing options, the add-ons/costs/fees, and they even go out of their way to make sure that you are getting all of these things through their preferred partners that pay them the most commission/kick-back (regardless of it's the best options for you). Just all around very shady people and ways of doing business in this day and age. Naomi in sales/finance, and Tim (Sales Manager) are snake-oil sales professionals with ZERO business ethics. Beware of this place and these people. Second... There is a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe LT 4WD (Blue/Grey), stock number P7447A on their lot as of the date of this review. DO NOT BUY THIS SUV. IT IS A LEMON. And all of the recent repairs and service that have been done across the street at Liberty GMC are NOT reported on the Carfax report. I purchased this vehicle, and over three weeks later and multiple returns for repairs, I declined to keep the vehicle. It had the engine replaced at only one year old, and has now recently had all the lifters replaced on one side of the motor and the mass air sensor replaced as well. This did not stop the vehicle from malfunctioning after each attempted repair, and they are not reporting all of this on the Carfax report. They obviously have no problem re-listing this vehicle for sale KNOWING that it has unresolved issues, and not disclosing everything. That should tell you all you need to know about this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! After they attempted to sell me a replacement truck at an inflated price, I walked away. They wouldn't compensate me for the $100 in fuel I put in the Tahoe and never used, or the fact that paid to insure it the entire time and never even drove it. I was able to buy a newer, nicer, lower-mileage vehicle at Earnhartd for a MUCH better deal with full transparency, honesty, and integrity on their end... More

Hello I purchased a used 2021 Q50 in June so about 2 months ago. The salesman was very responsive and respectful until I purchased the vehicle. I had a couple issues with it within the first week of hav months ago. The salesman was very responsive and respectful until I purchased the vehicle. I had a couple issues with it within the first week of having it and when I brough this to his attention he became extremely rude belligerent and would not even try to help me out. Short list of things. 1) I was told it had tinted windows. it did not. 2) I was told it had GPS and apple car play, it had neither. 3) sales manager ask him if he had filled up the gas tank for me, he said yes and handed me the keys. tank had less than a 1/4 tank. 4) The backup camara housing on the trunk has come loose and is starting to come off. It would appear that someone tried to glue it into place using JB weld. If I could post pictures I would. DO NOT ever go to this location, they will lie to you and then bad mouth you if you have any questions or issues. More
The whole experience was amazing, I worked with Ramon, we connected right away, great laughs and conversation while we worked on the progress of my purchase. I recommend asking for Josh Gaffey if you need service for your car. What a great person who provide excellent service! Wish there are more people like him providing this service.
