We called ahead to confirm the vehicle was there and spoke with Abraham Diaz. When we arrived, the car was in the front of the dealership, had been cleaned and was waiting for us. Abraham gave us a tour of the car and knew more about it than the people who sold it the first time. His knowledge of features specific to this model and year was impressive. He knew even the most minor details of the car, which was not even an Infiniti. He was helpful and we felt that we could trust him in making the purchase. The dealership is impressive, but Abraham Diaz made the experience well worth the drive. Thank you Abraham for your help. More
Charges illegal Reconditioning on Used Autos I has the displeasure of working with Jason, a real dirtbag. Then his General Manager Tom, who was worse. Both must have thought i was an idiot who wa I has the displeasure of working with Jason, a real dirtbag. Then his General Manager Tom, who was worse. Both must have thought i was an idiot who was buying his 1st vehicle. They attempted to "explain" a bogus charge labeled Recon & Dealer Prep. I was told it's a mandatory charge to get the vehicle ready for sale and that their Owners require it. I've taken it on myself to explore that with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive personally as well as the State of Arizona who I believe has rules against not honoring advertised prices and not disclosing "recon" before coming in. It's false advertising and deceptive practices without question. Stay away. More
Just another run of the mill dishonest car dealership The high pressure sales at his location is incredible. If you appear to be interested at all in anything they pressure you at every doorway and even out when you are trying to get into your car to leave. Dishonesty runs very high in their sales pitches. They say pretty much anything to meet what it is you are looking for even if it is not true. We ended up believing what they were telling us about the vehicle but when we got home and actually looked up the specs we found they were not telling us the truth. Oh and dont bother calling the general manager he does not return phone calls. I am sure we gave to much information in the message we left about the experience we had so we were not worth calling back. I gave himn2 weeks to call us back so now I'm leaving this review. My suggestion stay away if you are looking for honest car buying and good customer service. More
Liars and sleezeballs Salesman sold me a used car after I specifically asked if there was a return policy and told "Yes, There is a 15 day, 500 mile return guarantee" That Salesman sold me a used car after I specifically asked if there was a return policy and told "Yes, There is a 15 day, 500 mile return guarantee" That turned out to be a flat out lie. I tried to return the car within 24 hours and was told I couldn't because somewhere buried in the contract was a "no cooling down" clause. The GM threatened to call the police on my wife and me if we didn't leave. DO NOT TRUST THEM! The car also had an oil leak that they missed after their "149 Point Inspection". More
SOLD ME A VEHICLE THAT HAD AN ACCIDENT First I'm not a complainer or a customer who puts negative reviews, but this time I could save someone's money and headache not to go there. The sales First I'm not a complainer or a customer who puts negative reviews, but this time I could save someone's money and headache not to go there. The sales manager (Mike) and his gangs they text each other while I'm buying a vehicle from the sales person so i liked a vehicle I test drove it and it has a bad vibration while driving on the highway so I thought it might be a wheel balance, the sales guy told me we'll take care of it, I said alright I'll buy if you do the work on it. they made an appointment for the service after 2 weeks, they said we fixed , I took the vehicle back and the problem still there like they didn't do anything to it, I called them and asked them did you test drive it! they said yes but you can bring back to recheck it again after a week.. took it back they said they had to replace the wheel and still the problem was there. Then I thought I would look at carfax and here we go I bought a vehicle that's been in an accident badly and got restored. after a month and a half still dealing with the headache trying to deal with the mafia in the front, Mike told me choose another vehicle to change it so I found another one online. a week after waiting to change the vehicle I had to call them again to see where we at, they told me we can't do anything about it cause its from another dealership. I got mad and kept the vehicle that I can't sell, I'm stuck with it now. P.S (that was 3 months ago) They didn't even say anything about the accident and I don't understand why they have it in the lot, usually they send it to the auction... They only call me when they want money for the services which I send it to another shop to do it for me. I love infiniti but this dealership made me regret buying it. Just be careful don't let them fool you. good luck More

Brandon was very nice, patient and helpful when I was looking at vehicles. I ended up buying a 2012 G37 convertible which Brandon suggested I test drive. I really enjoy this car and so glad Brandon suggested I drive it. He was helpful after the sale with my questions and even came to my home to program the garage opener. More

Once you b This was to be the 16th new car I purchased but, I wasn't sure what it was to be. I used KBB to compare LExus, Mercedes, BMW, and Infiniti. Once you begin surfing the web the solicitations come out of the woodwork. I was waiting to evaluate the new 2016 Maxima and once I disqualified it I returned to the one salesman who understood how to present luxury with integrity. Always there to answer questions I finally made the 100 mile trip to Infiniti of Peoria. I was greeted by sales manager John Larson at 9:00 AM on a Saturday. We spent almost one hour going over the Q50 electronics, how you can personalize seat position and radio stations. But, every car does that. What I learned next was mind boggling and is missed in car reviews and that was the set up of the technology package. I learned I I could set up steering like a sports car or a luxury sedan. After the one hour in car training we headed out onto the road. Turning right onto Bell road and accelerating I was in traffic and noticed the traffic light ahead turned amber. John told me "Keep your foot on the accelerator!" I thought of Obi Wan Kenobi "Believe in the force." So I continued ahead with my foot on the accelerator when all of a sudden the accelerator pushed back the brakes applied and the car came to a stop without me touching the brakes! Now John had my attention but, this isn't a feature unique to the Q50. We continued on Bell until we took I17 North. I saw "Intelligent Cruise in action where the Q50 slowed I moved into the left lane and the Q returned to the set cruise sped. The came the instructions "Take your hand off the steering wheel. Having gained faith in John I did as told and for four miles as I17 bent left and right I watched in amazement how the Q tracked and remained in its lane. I decided then this has to be our car. I walked out of the dealership at 4:00 PM. I'm retired now but having been a salesman, A sales VP and having purchased 16 new cars I've never met a better salesman than John Larson. He's the coach all potential car customers need and want. Today we drove the new Q home and my wife sees what most car reviewers don't. The quantum leap in technology in cars. More

He walked us throu Infinity of Peoria has been a very welcoming place. I strongly recommend Brandon who helped us pick the right car for our family. He walked us through the process and updated us while we waited for our car to be delivered. He has also gone above and beyond in helping us figure out all the features in the car, even when I've been back to service the car. And the service dept is excellent as well. I strongly recommend an Infinity and if you get one, you should definitely go to Infinity of Peoria and find Brandon. I know you will get the best service!! --SNA More
