Unfortunately, we couldn't make a deal because of misinformation on my lease by a previous infiniti dealer that was VERY misleading. Rich was also very helpful and friendly. He was very transparent in negotiations and worked hard at getting me the best possible deal. I will not shop at another Infiniti dealer in Arizona because of the great experience I had today. Kurt responded quickly to ask for my needs, found the suitable car, and gave me a quotation, all by email. After I called to clarify a few questions I have, we made an appointment to look at the car. When we arrived, Kurt and Dave are waiting at the door and the vehicle was ready for test driving. The price was exactly the same as quoted earlier by email. Great experience! No back and forth haggling over price, they honored the "incentive program" that was advertised. I did not go into this dealership to buy a car I just wanted to look around. Our saleperson, Bailee, was so convincing and excited about how great these cars were that we had to take a test drive. After test driving the magnificent G37 I can say I've never driven anything nicer. When they didn't have the car exactly how I wanted it they called around and found one at another dealer and hustled out and brought it to me before we were even ready to leave. They gave me the basics on how to deal with all the tech stuff and later Velma fills you in on all the little details that make it more fun. (like a dog barks on the radio to tell me I'm home)lol. Cracks everyone up when they're in the car. Bailee was amazingly patient and walked us through the process making us feel right at home. I would recommend you go spend a few hours with Bailee and the crew and you won't regret going home with an extremely nice car. My neighbor bought an G37s from Infiniti of Peoria and said she likes it better than her Lexus and BMW and this gal is picky about her cars. More
