Velma went above and beyond all expectations helping showing us the car and syncing up our cell phone. She is absolutely terrific. My only compalint would be that the paperwork was not prepared at our appointed time for pick up of the vehicle even though the appointment was made several days ahead of time. Also we had requested vanity plates and Drew told us that was not an option. Why did not anyone else tell else early on that it was not something the dealer could do for us? More

I went to the dealership just to inquire about the new Infiniti JX which has just come out. Didn't really know too much about them and consider myself in the market for a larger crossover SUV and wanted to see what they were all about. Scott's knowledge on the vehicle was beyond what I think anyone's expectations should be. The sign of a good salesman in my book is one who knows his product and Scott is no exception! My wife and I are not quite ready to purchase the JX quite yet but certainly will consider Scott at Peoria Infiniti when we are. Scott came up with many different scenarios for the financing on this vehicle which will come in very handy when we are ready. The only negative thing I could say and which is why I rated the Price a 3 was because I really didn't see any sticker prices on any of the vehicles that I was looking around at. They didn't actually have any of the JX's there on the lot but they did give me info on one that they had coming in but still, no price on the sticker. I'll dig more into this when I am ready to buy and do feel confident that it won't be a concern when that time comes. Happy motoring! More

I worked with Scott over three days to purchase a 2009 G37 sport sedan. He worked very dillegently to get the vehicle price into a range I could accept. Nine days after I purchased the vehicle I had tir G37 sport sedan. He worked very dillegently to get the vehicle price into a range I could accept. Nine days after I purchased the vehicle I had tire seperation on the right rear tire. I brought the vehicle in for service and everyone made sure my needs were addressed. I received a replacement tire and was given a loaner vehicle to drive so I could make it to work on time. I would (and have) sent business Scott's way and will continue to do so moving forward. I HAVE PURCHASED 4 CARS FROM INFINITI OF PEORIA OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS. WHEN I PURCHASED MY 2011 QX56 FROM SCOTT MCEWEN, I HAD A GMC TRUCK TRADE-IN THAT WAS FILTHY AND FULL OF TRASH. I COULD NOT BELIEVE SC LAST 2 YEARS. WHEN I PURCHASED MY 2011 QX56 FROM SCOTT MCEWEN, I HAD A GMC TRUCK TRADE-IN THAT WAS FILTHY AND FULL OF TRASH. I COULD NOT BELIEVE SCOTT WAS WILLING TO COME OUT TO MY HOME, CLEAN OUT THE TRUCK AND MY GARAGE SO THAT I COULD GET THE SUV IN IT, DRIVE THE TRUCK TO THE DEALER AND GET ME THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE ON MY SUV. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE HAD TO ADD A WHEEL CHAIR LIFT IN THE SUV FOR MY DISABLED HUSBAND. OTHERWISE, I WOULD HAVE CERTAINLY CONSIDERED TRADING IT IN FOR A 2012 VEHICLE FROM INFINITI. THE NEW FEATURES ARE UNBELIEVABLE. THE WHOLE TEAM THERE IS FANTASTIC, INCLUDING THE OWNER KIRK, VELMA AND OF COURSE SCOTT. I AM SO GLAD HE HAS RETURNED TO INFINITI. Leased a 2009 Infiniti G37 Sedan back in Sept. 2009. Brought my car in for an oil change yesterday 4/24/12 and was told that my no charge maintenance package expired. Yet my sales person told me that I had free maintenance for the life of the lease. (39 months) I have 8 months left in my lease and Kurt the General Manager, never even gave me the time of day...basically told the finance rep that I was talking to, that he wasnt going to do anything about it. Nor, did he even bother to take the time to talk to me about it personally. I guess he figures that he already got my money. I would not recommend buying from them, but the service dept has been great so far. More

If you want to have some money left for your family.....One advice....DO NOT BUY FROM INFINITI OF PEORIA. I did....and I had to pay for my mistake painfully, I ended up paid 5K more than I should have for the same car. They promised you every thing until the end, they would turn around and say....they did not promise anything at all. Stay away from this dealer at all cost. More
Overall, the best car buying experience we've ever had so we thought we'd share. I'm generally very skeptical and I'm sure that was obvious to the dealership team. (Sorry especially to Robert!)Unfortunately, 30 years of car buying has taught us a lot of lessons. At the end of the day, we simply wanted a great car at a fair price and to be treated like a client. John L. was quick to provide us with what I felt was fair pricing on several Infiniti models. Could I have done better? I don't know, but I was provided with what I felt was very fair given the options the dealer handles at their cost. After looking at the G37, we knew what we wanted but they didn't have the specific car (options and colors) on the lot. They made us a another very fair offer on a different color car discounting a really nice option upgrade but it wasn't in our budget. After 20 minutes of searching, they found us the exact car we wanted at another location, and they went above and beyond getting it delivered and ready for us in the timeframe they committed to having it ready. We spent a lot of time with Robert on two trips to their dealership from Wickenburg. He's a class act salesperson as is John L. who had kept us informed via email throughout this process. Kurt, the GM was very professional, helpful and visible during the process. Velma is fantastic, and helped set up phones and provide an overview of the cars dashboard systems. Jason in Finance was very professional and knowledgable. Both Velma and Jason were post sale and spoke highly of the Infiniti brand. What more can you ask when buying a car? A fair price and to be treated like a client about to make a major finanical investment. Kurt, John L., Robert, Velma and Jason all delivered on each and every commitment and I would recommend you consider them if looking for a great car! Worst car-buying experience ever. Initially, everything went smoothly. Two months after I'd bought my car, which is a beautiful car that runs great, I get a letter in the mail - The license fee charged by went smoothly. Two months after I'd bought my car, which is a beautiful car that runs great, I get a letter in the mail - The license fee charged by the state/DMV had been underestimated. I'd been charged $15.50 when in fact the actual fee was $212.42! Included with the letter is a heavily redacted, hand-written ledger that shows I still owed them $196.92. I even got a 2nd notification that the balance was "past due." I spoke with sales manager Bill Drewery who actually had the nerve to say to me, "I hope you can sleep at night knowing you're stealing from us." The letter they initially sent me states that I agreed to pay the difference in the contract - that is not in the contract. They are liars and thieves. Take your business to Scottsdale. More
