The salesmen were great!! asked for online price got it was very easy to work with no pushy or badgering. Loved it great experience. Little glitch had add on car was not ready when promised but they offered numerous alternatives that were convenienct so not a big deal. They gave me a firm price on the car complete with financing options, salesperson name and information. If only you could go in test drive say yes or no they would email you the financing you could sign and take back and pick up the car!!!! Life would be good. The financing lady took too long and was condescending. Been in financing 20+ years doesn't need to be complicated. just let us know the options and we will choose. Overall by far the easiest car buying experience ever. More
I get my M35 serviced at this dealership regulary. They always keep me up to speed on any warranty issues or specials that the dealership is running on service. They offer me loaner vehicles if the service always keep me up to speed on any warranty issues or specials that the dealership is running on service. They offer me loaner vehicles if the service will take longer than an hour and this is important since the dealership is not near my home or office. My Service Manager Larry is always extremely helpful and never makes repairs without my approval. First Class service department. More

This was by far the best car sales experience we had. We lease so every 3 years we go through this nightmare of bargaining and it is just exhausting. Hani contacted me after I sent a request via e-mail and it was unbelievable. We worked everything out via phone so when my husband got there he literally just signed paperwork and left, was there for under an hour! Gotta say I can't wait for my lease to be up! More
