Little glitch had add on car was not ready when promised but they offered numerous alternatives that were convenienct so not a big deal. They gave me a firm price on the car complete with financing options, salesperson name and information. If only you could go in test drive say yes or no they would email you the financing you could sign and take back and pick up the car!!!! Life would be good. The financing lady took too long and was condescending. Been in financing 20+ years doesn't need to be complicated. just let us know the options and we will choose. Overall by far the easiest car buying experience ever. More

I get my M35 serviced at this dealership regulary. They always keep me up to speed on any warranty issues or specials that the dealership is running on service. This was by far the best car sales experience we had. We lease so every 3 years we go through this nightmare of bargaining and it is just exhausting.
