I have taken my 2008 QX56 to Peoria Infiniti since new for every service visit(now 50,000 miles). At each visit, Joshua Gaffney has always gone out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I explain my situation to Dawn and she listened and assured me my concerns would be met and OVER DELIVERED making my experience a wonderful one. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy as could be. Basically, I had a warranty covering my oil change and tire rotation. However, it only covered the BASIC OIL and I wanted to put SYNTHETIC in my vehicle and pay the difference, she quickly understood the problem, made a few phone calls to accommodate my request. Another dealer in Scottsdale who I asked the same question wanted me to pay FULL PRICE would made no sense given the fact that I had a warrantied item which had it's own intrinsic value and I was more than happy to pay the difference. After Dawn did the research and discovered the dealership buys SYNTHETIC oil in BULK and could easily charge me the difference I agreed to DRIVE ALL ACROSS town to have my vehicle serviced by professionals who listened to my request. It's experience like these that set dealerships apart, as I will continue to go to Peria Infiniti although it's almost 1 hour drive from my home to have my vehicle serviced by professionals who listen to their customers. I was very impressed by Dawn's constant communication, professionalism, and knowledge of the auto service side of things. I must say I was very impressed with her performance and HIGHLY recommend she be considered for a PROMOTION and or a RAISE in pay as she is going ABOVE and BEYOND for the dealership's customers and has WON BACK ALL MY BUSINESS. I have been going to Infiniti of Peoria since it was Midway Peoria. However, since I began working with Dawn Endicott my already positive experiences with their service department as actually increased Midway Peoria. She has always gone out of her way to be accomodating to my schedule, providing me with sound advice, and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the service being performed on my Infiniti. She really epitomizes the overall service team in general has been great. Even their facilities are wonderful. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable, with flat screen TV and wireless internet connections, so I can work while I'm waiting. The completed work has always been first rate, and if I were to find an issue or have a question it would be address immediately within any hassle. It is certainly a service department I feel comfortable in recommending. More
