I don’t think many people can brag about a car buying experience but that was the best experience yet. I was in an accident and my dream car was marked as a total loss. Well I called them and explained my unique position and just like that they got me in and found me a car that is almost identical to my car, listened to my concerns, helped me return my rental, got me a great deal, told me what to do to get money back from my previous car agreement that I didn’t know about and our conversations were just the best. Mauricio was very reasonable and allowed me to voice my opinions, he kept in close contact during the whole process, some characteristics of which other dealerships should mimic. He even gave me all the time I needed to make my decision and fixed anything that I considered subpar during a purchase of a slightly used Mustang GT. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase with my bumper-bumper warranty/gap and will gladly return for future deals. More
