BUYER BEWARE! I went to the dealership to test drive / purchase a pre-owned Infiniti . I met with the salesman and the test drive went well. However, the swindlin I went to the dealership to test drive / purchase a pre-owned Infiniti . I met with the salesman and the test drive went well. However, the swindling behavior began when we sat down in the office. The online advertised price seemed fair but when I asked for the Total final purchase price (including TTL, doc fee) they tried to add an additional ~ $2800.00 (LoJack, etc) to the ‘base price’ before even adding the TTL $. When I refused to pay any additional fees the Pre-Own Sales Manager came in to try to persuade me to pay the added fees and purchase the vehicle. The extended warranty info was also mis-represented. What a SLIMY and DISAPPOINTING experience. Needless to say I got up and left as I refuse to purchase from a dealership that uses ‘Sleight of Hand’ sales tactics. If you want to see some Clowns, no need to go to the Circus. Just swing by the dealership. More
