When calling to make an appointment, the message refers to a Grapevine and DFW dealership location. That was confusing & I hung up on it the first time thinking I had the wrong number. Also, $530 to repl to a Grapevine and DFW dealership location. That was confusing & I hung up on it the first time thinking I had the wrong number. Also, $530 to replace a lost key is ridiculously expensive and insulting, particularly since there are no options or alternatives. More
