Worst service department experience I've ever had. I took my daughter's car in for some minor service today. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 today and intended to leave the car for the day. At 4: I took my daughter's car in for some minor service today. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 today and intended to leave the car for the day. At 4:30 this afternoon i called to see when it would be ready for pickup. I was told that the work hadn't begun because they were busy. I asked why i needed to schedule an appointment for 9:30 in the morning if work couldn't even begin by the end of the day and was told that the appointment was only to have the car brought in, not to actually have any work done. This is a novel concept to me, but it seems to be the way these people run their business. I asked the service writer to pull the car out of line, that I was on my way to pick it up. I left immediately and went to the dealership, as I was walking across the dealership parking low the service writer calls and says he's just taken the care in to begin work. I told him to stop immediately and bring the car out. In a few minutes the car comes around. The service writer walks up says not one word, not sorry for the inconvenience, anyway we can make this right, nothing. These people are terrible, you have choices, choose not to do business with them. More
