This dealership just SUCKS . My QX 80 have been here 3times for the same problem AND STILL NOT FIXED. I have contacted consumer affairs AND NOTHING. Carson in Service is the best part of INFINITI. He is professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He listens, cares and connects with his customers. Unfortunately that is where it ends now. I do not feel that the company honors their LIFETIME OIL CHANGE POLICY and values my business despite the numerous mailings, emails and calls thanking me for being an excellent customer.
