Everyone is super friendly and takes care of their customers. I came in due to tire pressure which seems to happen all the time. I am disappointed and frustrated with my most recent service experience: (1) I was not told when my vehicle was ready for pickup, (2) when I picked up my vehicle (5 days after drop off) I was not told i service experience: (1) I was not told when my vehicle was ready for pickup, (2) when I picked up my vehicle (5 days after drop off) I was not told if a part they ordered was covered under warranty, and if not, the estimated cost, (3) one and a half weeks after hearing nothing from the dealer on the status of the part, I called the dealership and was told the part was on backorder and no ETD, (4) when I called Infiniti customer service, they told me no part had been ordered, and that I needed to go back to the dealer so they could get my part number, (5) when I went back to the dealer, (i) they again did not tell me whether the part was covered by warranty or a cost to me and (ii) I waited about 15 minutes to get my car and suspect it's because the battery was dead (which they did not tell me) because the next morning, my car battery was dead, and (6) it's been a week since the dealer got the part number and allegedly placed the order and, one again, the dealers has not reached out to me at all to provide any update on status/timing. More
