Incomplete diagnostic almost resulted in the car needing to be totaled. When I went back and spoke to the service manager about the poor diagnostic work they did he said they would take another look at it a to be totaled. If I had not challenged to service manager on the work they had not done and many would have the car would have to be totaled since the cost to repair was greater than the value of the car. To say I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided would be an understatement. More
