bought Infiniti from cousin @5k miles,when I pick up man told me THEN doesn’t need to come in for 10,000 miles. Wish he said that before. our service station Serviced at 5,700 miles. My rating is based on the dealer ship as a whole. The reason they get a 3 is because service center is a 5 and sales if possible would be a zero. Service center team is great overall. A few people need training in service but I won’t knock the team for one person. Only issue with service is car wash. Car looked as dirty as when I arrived. But still overall service team is great! Sales team on the other hand is terrible! No professionalism. They won’t talk to you unless you look a certain way because I was looking at two cars. A q50 red 400 and q60 red 400. Not one single sales person approached me, even though they clearly saw me checking out those Vehicles. Yet when another individual even glanced at the vehicle they ran to him like a dog after a bone. It’s fine though. Cerritos Infiniti took care of me. More
