I normally get a good experience with Edson, on this service I had a really bad experience with another service Rep, as Edson was not available. I felt that I was looked down on because of my race and service I had a really bad experience with another service Rep, as Edson was not available. I felt that I was looked down on because of my race and gender. I was felt that I was rushed and not given any explanation, however when a male customer walked in of different race he was given the full walks through of the services and explanation. Not once did he come to follow up and let me know how the service was going, it wasn’t even a busy day so that’s not an excuse. I will make sure on my next visit I ensure that Edson is there, he always gives exceptional service. More
