Interesting how my review was not posted until they gave the dealership time to respond. And they were posted at the same time. Because I checked daily for my review and it wasn't there. Then I get a 'sorry' we don't work like that ??? My review was quite lengthy and way too much content to have made it up. IT HAPPENED !!! You and your team are dishonest.

To become certified technicians need to pass rigorous competency tests and must retrain annual tests to maintain their certification. We apologize that you were unable to get a service loaner. We are currently working with INFINITI to clear more inventory for use as loaner vehicles. Until then please know that loaners are available on a first come first served reservation system. We have opened an investigation into why your vehicle was returned with it's check engine light on.
