Almost excellent! Good service ...efficient..through and great communication with service agent . My only issue was not being able to receive a loaner vehicle, due to Good service ...efficient..through and great communication with service agent . My only issue was not being able to receive a loaner vehicle, due to non availability. Hopefully in the future mgmt can make sure there's an ample supply of loaners, and make their customers completely satisfied. Problem with car resolved and working well. More

I called him the day before my appointment and had to leave I gave Edson the highest rating because he always is courteous and provides great service. Once I got to the dealership, Edson explained what would be happening to my car and how long it should take. Once the service was completed, he told me exactly what was fixed.
