Lousy service We purchase four new tires three months ago and one of them was found to be ready to blow out last week. When we went to the dealer service, we had to We purchase four new tires three months ago and one of them was found to be ready to blow out last week. When we went to the dealer service, we had to wait for two hours only to find out that they did not have the replacement tire in stock. So we had to leave the car there and come back next day. Does it take two hours just to figure out that you don't have a replacement in stock? We wasted a full day. Totally unacceptable. This will be our last visit to this dealership. More

The remolded facility is clean and modern. When an appointment is scheduled, the wait can sometimes be pretty long, however, the work in most instances is done same day.
