Either incompetent tech or deceptive about how to address mechanical issues until manufacturer’s warranty expires then charge the worst case scenario. Plus, over charging and back pedaling on the fee. More

Wrong. I have brought my SUV multiple times and each time, you brushed off. You did the same with engine until warranty was over. Due to past experience, I did my due diligence but you did exactly same. As soon as Infinity’s extended warranty is done, deja vu! Now transmission has to be replaced. There is a clear pattern and you have betrayed customer’s trust for your profit. You even charged fee for repeated problem checked multiple times previously. I don’t usually write bad review much but this time is an exception. I am very loyal person to businesses I frequent even if hiccups happened. This time is not. I did my part to prevent this type of outcome as I am aware of QX 60’s transmission issue and extended warranty. Your technician failed to make proper diagnosis multiple times until warranty lapsed then suddenly, transmission requires replacement. You are missing the most important part why this happened.
