HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUMD SINCE.THEN. I HAVE BEEN PASSED TO PEYTON. WHO I HAD TO LEAVE WORK TO CATCH AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. WAS TOLD THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A NEW OWNERSHIP AND HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME. NEVER HEARD.BACK. THEN I WAS TURNED OVER TO CLIFF. FROM CLIFF HE PUSHED ME.OFF TO CRYSTAL WHO SEEMED TO WANT TO HELP ME . ON THURSDAY IT WILL BE TWO WEEKS SINCE I HAVE HEARD FROM HER (SHE WAS GETTING AN UPDATE ON MY QUOTE AND GOING TO CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY). IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT CAN POINT ME TO SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING AND WANT TO HELP ME WITH PURCHASING MY EXTENDED WARRANTY I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I SHOULD NOTNHAVE TO TURN TO LEAVING AN AWFUL REVIEW TO GET SOME HELP. More

Kerri helped to get a same day appointment for me, regarding an urgent car issue, which required diagnosis/repair, etc. The service techs were able to timely diagnose the issues, provide timely ETA of regarding an urgent car issue, which required diagnosis/repair, etc. The service techs were able to timely diagnose the issues, provide timely ETA of repair and costs (extended warranty). Also, was able to timely update, regarding additional issue discovered, which was also repaired and covered by extended warranty. Kerri and Ben were able to advise me as to remainder of extended warranty and additional extended warranty policy upon end of current policy. Thanks, Kerri and Ben! More
