Attempted bait and switch by denying use of their coupon that benefited customer for one that would have been more costly; that didn't pass the common sense test by a rude condensing check-in clerk. Zero stars! 3 visits & $4,000 later, same issue, no resolution! I came and went to this dealership for service because the engine light came on as well as the 3 visits & $4,000 later, same issue, no resolution! I came and went to this dealership for service because the engine light came on as well as the "AWD High Temp/Stop vehicle" warning. After negotiating a ridiculous $6,000 bill to nearly $4,000, minutes upon leaving, the AWD warning light came on and went off within seconds. Though it was near close of business, I stopped the vehicle and called the dealership. I was told to return the vehicle if the warning reappeared. It did the very next morning, so I went for another visit. I then met Brian with whom I also mentioned that an ashtray full of change had been STOLEN, but that was the least of the upcoming issues I would face. Although I paid for tire rotation, they neglected to adjust the psi of each tire, so Brian ensured that they did and claimed that was the reason for the warning. The warning continued to appear intermittently (every 50 - 75 miles or so), staying on about 10 seconds before going out again, so I went for a 3rd visit. After this visit, again I was given numerous reasons as to why the warning continued to appear which was provided on a vehicle report which now had a page and a half of "immediate issues". Initially my ONLY immediate issues after paying 4k was 2 filter changes and 2 fluid flushes. For a "dealership", being provided a loaner wasn't possible 2 of the 3 visits according to Charnett (service rep), but I continued to return hoping that they would figure out the problem. After my 3rd visit, Charnett explained a lie of my "tires" being different sizes, thus causing the problem. I literally argued that this was a lie, but what can I do when clearly, I can read numbers on tires that I had for nearly a year already, but someone claims that they differ? I reached out to the corporate office after my 2nd visit which was pointless because they only ensured that the dealership communicated promptly after I complained that since my 1st visit, I could not connect with the manager nor the woman that initially worked with me, nor could I even get a response from anyone after leaving several messages as days passed. After 3 weeks of back and forth to the dealership, it was then relayed by corporate that it wasn't my tire sizes, but tire "treads" that varied. Noone has been able to tell me why all the other issues were named if this was the true issue although the explanations became more senseless. By the time I received the new lie relayed by corporate, I had obtained two 2nd opinions, to include a Nissan dealership, and both confirmed what I already knew...that Infiniti of Suitland misdiagnosed my vehicle. I had to pay to have my vehicle fixed elsewhere after three visits of having the same problem but different reasons each visit with Infiniti of Suitland. These employees are NOT competent, professional, nor are they trustworthy! More
I really hate that I had to afford them the one star. After the millions of emails they send you from their internet department to solicit business from 5 different reps asking the same copy and paste qu After the millions of emails they send you from their internet department to solicit business from 5 different reps asking the same copy and paste questions I expressed interest in a vehicle but I have a busy schedule so I complete everything online and scheduled express delivery. I followed up the day of delivery and was told that I would get a call back. 2 days passed and I checked in again with Takema who told me both delivery associates were out and I had to come in. So I asked again about the paperwork being completed for when I arrived and was told that they were not set up for that process. So at this point I’m a bit frustrated. All the while still receiving emails from Jordan and Parul could they answer any questions for me. But couldn’t answer questions about closing the deal. So I asked Takema was the financing portion of the deal completed at least because I did not want to waste anymore time with them. She said yes. I went into the dealer the next day. She called in. Spoke with another associate and was told that I was not approved for the car. I requested to speak to the manager and waited and waited and waited about 45 mins. Never came to speak with me. So I asked the associate again and was told someone was as trying to reach Takema to confirm financing. Another 30 mins or so passed. Nobody ever came. While sitting there I applied for financing through chase and was approved but decided not to do business with them because the lack of care or concern to my issue. Found the same vehicle, less miles about the same price and I am happy. BUT… I don’t recommend this dealer to anyone even buying a toy car. More

He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered questions I had, and once service was complete, he thoroughly explained the results. Once receiving my car, not only was it washed, but it was vacuumed as well! I was not expecting this, but it was much needed so I was very grateful! Thanks to everyone for a pleasant experience. More

WARNING TO BUYERS-PASSPORT AUTO GROUP – SUB-INFINITI OF SUITLAND!!! PLEASE READ THROUG NO JOKE!!!! Please this is a warning to all shopping for a Vehicle to please review all paperwork in full when deali SUITLAND!!! PLEASE READ THROUG NO JOKE!!!! Please this is a warning to all shopping for a Vehicle to please review all paperwork in full when dealing with any of the sales rep and General Manager etc. at the Infiniti of Suitland. Things to look out for before you even sign or better still shop elsewhere for a vehicle.  They will never be disclosed that a car is a Melon or has a branded title  They have a Manager called ED- that will sweet talk you and lie basically to get you to buy the vehicle  They will refuse to buy back the car or trade it in even at a loss to you. My situation was that I went in and bought a Vehicle, Audi Q8 2019 fully loaded in May of 2022 for $56,998.00. The Sales Rep and the Used Car Manager called ED told me that the only issue with the car was that the car needed an alternator in the past but due to the shortage of parts the previous owner auctioned the car, the bought it and have it fixed at the Audi Auto Manufacturer store. So, I am thinking if a car was fixed by the manufacturer it will be OK. Little did I know of what’s to come. Oh no, I barely left the store, and the tire light came on, so I set up an appointment and came in to get it fixed, I came in a week later and as I was leaving the store after getting it fixed, on my way home the tire light came on again for a 2nd time. I called the store right away and they told me to set another appointment for the following week, before the appointment date, then the check engine light came on added to the tire light issues. I was sent to the dealer at Audi of Silver Spring to get it fixed. It took them 2 weeks to get this fixed and they had to give me a loaner car. I got the car back from Audi and 1 week later the check engine light came on again and I had to set up an appointment with the Audi of Silver Spring for a 2nd repair visit, and this took them 45 days to get it fixed. I got it back after 45 days and within a week the check engine light came on again for a 3rd time, I have to take it in to the Audi of Silver Spring to get it fixed for the same problem with took the Auto shop another 2 week for me to get the vehicle back. Meanwhile, I called the store I bought the vehicle and demanded to know why they sold me a lemon branded vehicle and why they never disclosed that before the sale. The store manager said the vehicle is in a good condition and that what the Audi store in Silver Spring told him. Then I said why don’t you buy this car back and let me get another car. They refused and told me they could only do a trade in, which I agreed to. But anytime I called the store the Store Manager Issa Williams never answers my call, even when I called the customer service desk, he did not respond to me. This causes me to send a letter to the top General Manager/Owner of Passport Auto Group- Then I got a call form the store’s General Manager Issa Williams, at Infiniti of Suitland to come in for a trade. He gave me $20,000.00 less for a vehicle I bought from them less than 3 months ago and at the time I could not afford the trade, so I save up a little and call him back in December of 2022 to make a new trade, he refused to answer his call or respond back after leaving him a ton of voice messages. I went to speak with him, and he told me he was trying on working something out for me, but no follow up and responses to my several call till this day. I wrote a 2nd letter to the Top Passport Auto Group General Manager to explain my frustration with the Store General Manager only to get a reply by email by their Attorneys/lawyers saying that I should never contact his client anymore but should go through heir office for any further corresponds. I took this car to several dealership, but they refused to accept a trade in for my Q8 saying that I was screwed by the dealership I purchased this vehicle from I know this is a lot to explain, but I feel I was cheated and profiled and taken advantage off and suffer a huge financial loss because I could not afford a Lawyer. If anyone out there would like to help me on this, please respond to this survey, I will try to contact you. Be careful, they are desperate for sales now the manager told me that they making a loss, so they must sell any how!!! The one star rating is even an understatement as if it were possible they would not get any star. VP More
