If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership is a joke. From Remi, the sales guy MAKING the appt and then not being available when I get there, to Kim Y seeming like she was brand new to Alan in fina joke. From Remi, the sales guy MAKING the appt and then not being available when I get there, to Kim Y seeming like she was brand new to Alan in finance going to lunch while we were supposed to be going in - it was beyond ridiculous!! First of all they had the WRONG car outside waiting, then tried to give me the keys to that same wrong car when we're all thought the sale was final. And on top of that, they lost the second set of keys and wanted to charge me $600 for a new key!! After waiting almost FOUR hours and Remi telling my husband "if you want to buy a car from me this is how it's going to be" and the GM telling us to go ahead and leave and waving his hands at us; we bounced and would NEVER recommend buying from this dealership!!! I've purchased 10+ cars in my life and have NEVER been so disrespected!! VERY unprofessional team at Suitland Infiniti. BEEE-WARE!!! More
