1st time lease My first lease experience was okay. The process was pretty easy, it's the additional things that are not leaving a good impression on me. I purchased a used car from this dealership on November 22nd 2019. January 16th they said I needed to replace the rotors and pads on the rear of the car. How did this car make it through inspection? Waste of time! I was in contact with the sales representative throughout the week. Contacted her on Saturday to make sure the car I was interested in was still avai I was in contact with the sales representative throughout the week. Contacted her on Saturday to make sure the car I was interested in was still available and that I could come look at it and take it for a test drive. She acknowledged it was still available. I told her I was about 2 hours away and what time I would arrive. I drove 2 hours to get there and upon arrival found out that not only was the cars check engine light on, but that the car was not even able to be test driven. The sales representative and the Manager could have cared less that I drove so far, wasted $50 in gas, only to find out the car was not even driveable. Disappointment was an understatement. I would never buy a car from this establishment! More
