Didnt follow up with me with my problem about my car I had jus bought my car 2 months from them, took it back for service and air bag light on wanted to charge me 1500.00 dollars when I felt I jus bought I had jus bought my car 2 months from them, took it back for service and air bag light on wanted to charge me 1500.00 dollars when I felt I jus bought this car you all, this should of been taken car of before purchasing it..sales manager states will get on phone to see if Infiniti would help with price..technician and manager never called back.i called a couple of time Scot Futch stated "they know your number someone will get in touch with u".. Excellent Experience We brought our Q60 in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department was very professional, efficient and they added the personal touch to advise us of what services they performed and reviewed the services to make sure all of our concerns were addressed while we were there. The waiting area is very comfortable space to wait in. A special thanks to David Hunt who answered our questions about the sign in the waiting area about savings on purchasing a new vehicle. He also advised us on when and how to trade up our vehicle. We had great service all in areas. More
