Car not ready when promised Came in for oil, multi-point inspection and car wash. Was told car would be ready one hour to one hour fifteen minutes. When I asked, I was told the car was finished, heading in for car wash. Half an hour later, the car was still on the lift. Was then told the oil cap couldn't be found. When the car was ready, I had no time to wait for the car wash. Bad experience, wasted half a day. Also, I was told that the car need rear differential service due to mileage. When I pointed out this had been done at the dealer a year and a half ago, and that the car had less than 5000 additional miles put on, the service rep said the records hadn't been reviewed properly. Sad to say, the dealer report states that I declined this service. More

They acted like they did not know how to deal with an out of state bank??? Had to have the deflector replaced and service simply did not care. Overalll not impressed with customer service. I called Infiniti and could not get anyone on the phone. It says leave a message and someone will call you back in 15 minutes. Two hours later and no one called me back. I called throughout the two hours and kept getting the answering machine that they would call back in 15 minutes. I had a time sensitive question and needed to talk to someone. When I finally got through and they said they would tke care of it, it was not taken care of. More

However - a couple of minor complaints are as follows: Grease/oil stains were left on the driver's side floor mat, seat belt, driver's seat, and glove box. A temporary paper cover for the floor mat would have prevented the grease stains and hand washing would have precluded grease stains in the cabin. Also, post-car wash soap residue remained on the hood and trunk lid. An extra rinse with a hose and a wipe down with a soft chamois cloth would have prevented this. Overall, good service from Infiniti but improvement is needed on keeping the vehicle clean. More

Their prices are fair, the estimated cost and wait time was accurate, they offer a complimentary detail and wash and have a comfortable waiting area - but also offer shuttle service which really came in handy for me! All in all I would recommend Kraft Infiniti highly based on the service experience I had and especially compared to the experience at other dealers in town. More
