Above and beyond 2008 M in for a recall. Recently my sunroof sunshade got bumped by my Pyrenees, getting knocked out of the sliding track, jamming the sunroof. Bringin 2008 M in for a recall. As Resty writes the order, I figure, this is gonna be a couple of hundred bucks. I fill out the paper and wala, no charge. How awesome , I ask about the sunroof problem and the why cost - "customer service"! Great service, great care, great dealer. I LOVE MY INFINITI. More

Totally dissatisfied. I was totally dissatisfied with my last few visits here at Infiniti of Van Nuys. Can't get a call back I've been trying for over 3 weeks to get a service appt. for a previously repaired issue. After multiple calls & texts I cannot get an appointment.
