My faith in this dealership & especially Rizzo's integrity/Customer Service is restored. Rizzo, made sure the process was hagle free, he met my pricing, he ensured the Finance office got me in/out within 20 min. He handled the detailing of my new Q50 and patiently walked through the features of my car even though it was close to closing time. Most importantly he remained accessible to me after hours for questions. I am not only happy with the entire experience beginning to end, I am impressed by Rizzo's advanced people skills and sales expertise. New Infiniti Purchase Recently leased my fourth infiniti and this experience was the best. Worked with Ara Kharazyan who was excellent. He was patient to the extreme. When were unsure and decided to wait another day to decide, Ara was more than kind and offered to answer any questions/concerns over the phone at any time. We returned the following day and Ara went through each vehicle type again. when we chose our model and color, there was not on the lot. Ara quickly found one and had it delivered to the Van Nuys dealership that same afternoon. We are very happy with our Q70L and with Ara's patience and concern over the time it took us to decide.
