I drove in to the dealership, spoke with Rick and he helped me with a new tire and dealt with a recall issue that I completely forgot about. Lastly, he told me that he replaced the battery in my key because it appeared to be going out. He did all of these things that were on my mind but had forgotten about. There were some glitches, no fault of "team Infiniti", but they persisted until the right parts were secured and the installation could be done correctly. David kept us informed at every step and we are very grateful that he made the extra effort. We have owned three Infiniti cars during a period of over 20 years and we wouldn't take our cars to any other dealership. More
