They are a bunch of crazy guys, but they do put in their full attention to your needs - what you need and what you could defer for later servicing. Also, your car always comes back clean. A couple of times I didn't feel like washing my car, so I brought it in for an oil change! I have a 2006 M35 and a 2008 G35. I love both cars and the people that takes care of it. Keep on. It's the service and attention that brings me back - tho' I have to deal with these "crazy" dudes. More
