Honestly this place has the worst customer service, they are very unprofessional and don’t know how to use their common sense when doing their job. I have a complaint to make with regional manager or who ever is in charge of this location, I asked if they could install my sunroof glass and they quoted me a price and I agreed, yet they installed something incorrectly for trying to save time or for trying to cut out a step or simply because the master tech told the guy to not clean out of any of the glass that was left behind on the frame of the glass and just said to install it. Then when they return the car to me they left the sunroof stuck open and with glass all over the rails. Common sense they would just clean it out before installing it, because then after they tried charging me and extra 500 to try and fix the problem that they initially caused by not doing the job right. Saying that now they have to drop the whole headliner and everything all because of there ignorance. I am very upset because I went to the dealership to get something done right, when I could just installed it my self and done a way better job. Over all very unsatisfied with them because after all that I tried to come to an agreement with them but they were just being very ignorant and were accepting responsibility for there actions. Someone needs to makes this right. Guy who supposedly was helping me name was Martin. Very rude. More

I came in to buy a car and switched from Audi to Infiniti. It was a terrible experience as there was constant active efforts to hide costs and lies were told regarding service fees etc. I understand Infiniti. It was a terrible experience as there was constant active efforts to hide costs and lies were told regarding service fees etc. I understand that there is an intention for additional profit and have bought multiple cars before but this was by far the least transparent, borderline “shady” experience I have ever had. It made me question if I should have joined the Infiniti family to begin with. Not sure I would go back to this dealership again in the future. More

Alright, let me break it down. .. Wilson at Infiniti of Van Nuys is a car service hero! My 5-year-old car was wheezing, and these guys installed a brand-new motor like it was no big .. Wilson at Infiniti of Van Nuys is a car service hero! My 5-year-old car was wheezing, and these guys installed a brand-new motor like it was no big deal. And while they were working their magic, they hooked me up with a courtesy car so fresh, it made me feel like I was driving off the showroom floor! After they diagnosed that my vehicle should have a new motor and will take days to get it delivered & installed, the courtesy vehicle got delivered to my home with the kind of flair usually reserved for rich people, making me feel like a true boss in VIP heaven. Wilson went all out, making sure everything was smooth and zero hassle. And best part—no rip-offs (like I used to from other dealers), no sketchy charges—just straight-up aboveboard service. If you're not bringing your ride here, you're missing out on some next-level, honest, and pro service. 10/10 would trust these guys to handle my car anytime! No more messing around with other brands that have burned me in the past. Infiniti’s never done me wrong like those Ram, Honda & Toyota brands did to me while they're not even deluxe. Luxury doesn't mean rip-off to me anymore because of Infiniti's Service. I actually endup buying Infiniti while trying to purchase Honda, Toyota, or even Lexus, but those brands were acting up on finances. Infiniti gave me a better price for luxury car than Honda!!!!!! Forget about Toyota or Lexus, they were all up-charged. eg. Toyota was trying to sell me Camry SXE for $55k. And I bougt my Certified preowned infiniti for only 30k with only 15,000 mileage in it, and it felt like brand new car! And I never have any problems financially because the car has been always serviced without any rip-offs, and everything has been covered except new tires, break pads, and airfilters. Oil change here is only $65 compared to jiffi lube's $85 (while heavily discounted). I can go on but review is getting to big. Go with Infiniti, you won't regret you chose this brand!!! More
