Miguel and the team were excellent and very customer-oriented. The service team fixed the noise coming from the back door; however, the bottom of the car still makes the same noise. I was infor customer-oriented. The service team fixed the noise coming from the back door; however, the bottom of the car still makes the same noise. I was informed this was a manufacturer's defect, but it still makes the same popping noise when turning right. I plan on bringing the car back in for them to take a look at it again. Unlike most dealerships that screw me over, this dealer operates aboveboard. I wasn't tricked, everything straight forward. Toyota and Lexus were trying to rip me off over $15,000-25,000 on top of MSRP for a new car, at INFINITI I got a great deal by purchasing super low mileage, certified preowned. only 15k mileage and I saved $15k from the actual cost. The car feels like brand new, there's no dirt what so ever anywhere, even motor is shiny new looking. It still smells brand new... Nobody ever can tell I bought it used. I got lucky IMHO. Luxury vehicle for way better price than toyotas & hondas... I can feel a respect on the road when I drive my Q50 (base model). My car's always faster than mercedes and bmw's mainstream models... Toyotas & hondas feel like garbage compared to my car now, no matter how fancy they make their electronics, and lexuses are slow (compared to infiniti)... INFINITI is on a different level! People talk differently to me now. With respect. My main reason going with infiniti is their Platinum coverage. I have a highly reliable engine with coverage of 999,999 miles within 7 years by infiniti!!! I can literally drive million miles & I'm covered! More
