I said in my sales review that if the service department was as good as the sales, I'd be thrilled. Well, I'm thrilled. The service department has been excellent! I've dealt with Marc Schwadron who was absolutely wonderful and today I had Fred Boyce who could not have been nicer. They are all super people! The sales department is second to none and now the service department is right on mark with the rest of the organization. I can say I will always buy my cars from Infiniti of West Chester. Pre-certified purchase of QX56 I have purchased over 30 cars in the last 20 years and I will say this is the second time ever where we have never felt any pressure or recieved those I have purchased over 30 cars in the last 20 years and I will say this is the second time ever where we have never felt any pressure or recieved those calls the day after your visit, if there is anything else they can do to make a deal. I just took delivery of my per certified QX56 last night. The Experience at this dealership was outstanding. Tim our sales representative was very professional during the entire process. Do your homework with this dealer I recently visited this dealership, test drove, and made an offer on a used vehicle. Steve was trying to reach an agreement with me but started to st I recently visited this dealership, test drove, and made an offer on a used vehicle. Steve was trying to reach an agreement with me but started to steer away from just the vehicle price. An agreement was not made so I left the dealership as you should if you think they're asking too much. The next weekend I called to inquire about the vehicle and they seemed a little too concerned with the financing. I had to remind them I'm only concerned with negotiating the price of the vehicle. I talked to Steve on and off throughout the day as they were already aware I was preapproved and had my own financing. We actually agreed on a price and I was set to travel to PA to start my paperwork. A few minutes later, John the sales manager calls me and again inquires about my financing. Again I told him I was already preapproved. He asked me what my rate was and then offers me a higher rate through Infiniti. I asked him why would anyone take a higher rate? He then informs me unless I take their financing the deal was off and I would have to purchase the vehicle at their previously offered price. I advised him that was unfortunate on his part and declined his offer. I told him if he changed his mind to call me and he said for me to do the same; like I was going to change my mind. I understand car dealers trying to get every cent they can, but talk about your stereotypical car dealer. Who agrees to a deal and then says no we can't do that unless you finance through us?? I left the car right there on the lot solely due to their tactics. Be very leery with this dealer (or any dealer), make sure you do your homework and don't hesitate to take your money somewhere else. More

New Vehicle Purchase Researched dealers and visited lots of several Infiniti dealers before deciding to give Infiniti of West Chester a try based on some positive review Researched dealers and visited lots of several Infiniti dealers before deciding to give Infiniti of West Chester a try based on some positive reviews We stopped in late on a Saturday and the sales person and staff spent several hours with us, staying beyond closing time to show us vehicles and find the right one for us. Paul Gibson and the rest of the staff were polite and courteous and Paul was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient helping us find the correct vehicle. It was also very low pressure. We thought about it over the weekend and made the purchase on Monday. When we initially thought about the new car purchase we had planned to shop around after visiting the dealer but were so pleased with the dealership we moved forward on the sale.Sales, financing and delivery went very smooth and car was ready when promised. Good follow-up by Paul after the sale as well. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Infiniti of West Chester. More
