I test drove a pre-owned Infinit on a Saturday and returned to purchase it on Monday. Much to my dismay, it had been sold. Steve was extremely helpful in finding another car that met my needs. When I returned to pick up the car, after all the paperwork was complete, both Steve and I realized there had been a major misunderstanding about a particular feature that I deemed crucial. Both Steve and Nick went well beyond my expectations to find me another car that met my needs at a price I could afford. They could easily have said "oh well, you bought the car!" but were committed to seeing a satisfied customer. I can't say enough about their flexibility, and commitment to satisfying their customers. When you walk into a car dealership, there is this preconceived motion on what's about to happen. Boy were we mistaken. Steve was finishing up with another customer so we had to wait a few moments, preconceived motion on what's about to happen. Boy were we mistaken. When the customer gave him a hug at the end of the deal, I knew we were dealing with the best. We had already picked out the car we wanted from the website so that expedited the process a little bit. We went on a test drive and back to the showroom to talk numbers. While we were on our test drive, the appraisal on the trade in was completed. Steve presented the first number. We countered with a much lower number and we ended up meeting in the middle, which honestly, was more then we were hoping for. We then sealed the deal. Working with Nick (acting as the finance manager) he got us a much better rate then we thought we'd get. He got everything done and out the door we went. We purchased the car on a Saturday and wanted it right away so they didn't have time to give it a full detail. I took the car back on Monday morning so they could clean it up. I also had made a small list of things I noticed over the weekend and asked if they could take care of it. Brandon in the service department did a wonderful job in making sure everything was done in a timely fashion. This is our second Infiniti purchase (two different dealers) and I can honestly say our third Infiniti will be sure to some from Infiniti of West Chester. More

Infiniti of West Chester is a great dealership to buy a new or used car. I personally have purhcased two new cars and two used cars over the past couple of years. The sales team and the sales managers (and all other employees too) are extremely nice. They have gone above and beyond to help me get the deal and price I was looking for and needed. People can't believe the great deals I get at Infiniti of West Chester, but this Dealership is willing to make great deals to get customers the best new or used car for them.
