Best experience I've ever had when it comes to buying a car. I had all of the numbers worked out in my head; and only planned on taking the G37X for a test drive. Buying my m37x from Mark Cantino at Infiniti of West Chester was a great decision. I have been looking at this car for a while and when I got to the dealership and worked with Mark, there was no doubt I Chester was a great decision. Mark was very easy to work with, especially with my trade,knowledgable, and was just an all aroung good guy. These guys are the most sleezy, dishonest people you will ever meet. I never expected the car dealership experience to be pleasant, but these guys are far and away the worst kind of people. I traveled 2+ hours to buy a used car because my local Infiniti dealer (who btw- is much more accommodating and honest) didn't have the car I wanted. I was promised a price by one of their salesmen for their car and a price that they would pay for my trade. I'm no idiot and I had got an evaluation of what my car was worth by other dealers so I had a fair number in mind. However, when I showed up at their dealership, they changed the value of the difference between the two cars by nearly 3 times. To top it off, the gutless salesperson who I had spoken to over the phone didn't even show his face. His managers were the only people who spoke to us and they bombarded us with the most disrespectful banter. Whenever I proved a point or disagreed with their incorrect logic, they scoffed at me as if there was no way I could know anything about cars...because there's no way the customer knows anything, right? Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership like the plague. Look up other reviews online and they'll all tell you the same. If you find anything positive about them, make sure to PAY ATTENTION to the wording. Chances are that it was written by the dealership themselves. More

This is my second vehicle purchased from Steve Capano @ Infiniti of West Chester. I must say that both time I went to purchase a vehicle from Steve that I was treated with the utmost respect. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership throughout my 7 plus year relationship with them. I must say that I did shop around for another possible vehicle before going to Infiniti of West Chester and was less than pleased by: by the offer made on my trade at several different places --> there was no problem at I of WC they were very fair and were able to get me just under bluebook value with a pretty good discount on my purchase as well. All around this dealership is top notch --> I travel there (30 miles out of my way to get service) and will most likely never buy a car anywhere else ever again unless the needs of my large family warrent it. Steve Capano is a very honest and straight forward sales person who can be counted on for follow-up issues if any arise. he is kind, courteous and basically put myself and my wife at ease with each purchase. If you desire for a straightforward approach to car purchasing please take this advice, RUN to Infiniti of West Chester and ask for Steve Capano, you will not be dissapointed. For what it's worth I feel that Infiniti offers an excellent product line that can be directly compared to BMW, Audi, Lexus, and in some cases even Porsche (I drove them all before buying my new 2011 G37x) depending on the model your looking at. I highly reccomend this dealership. More
