Very disappointed. I took my QX60 in for a vibration at low speed in the front of the vehicle. I also needed one large push pin replaced in the driver's front wheel I took my QX60 in for a vibration at low speed in the front of the vehicle. I also needed one large push pin replaced in the driver's front wheel liner. I told the advisor I put a push pin in the wheel liner but it's not the correct one so replace it. I was very specific, I said if they look they'll see one in there but it needs to be replaced. My receipt says he wrote down check drivers front wheel liner, thats not what I said, so that wasn't replaced. They also said they couldn't hear or feel the vibration. I drove in with the vibration and drove off with the same vibration and issues. They said my vehicle was a little out of alignment so they aligned it. More

For almost a year now INFINITI of Willow Grove has provided quality service for my vehicle. I’ve been able to make appointments on short notice and I’ve had insightful discussions about the upkeep o provided quality service for my vehicle. I’ve been able to make appointments on short notice and I’ve had insightful discussions about the upkeep of the vehicle with service advisors. Discussions that enable making informed choices regarding the care and upkeep of the vehicle in the best way possible. Every service member has been polite. I’ve never had to deal with any unnecessary rudeness or pushback. I don’t enjoy having to take any vehicle in for service but since that’s inevitable for those of us who drive I would rather do it here than anywhere else. I’ve also heard positive things about the sales experience at the dealership. I simply don’t have anything negative to say about the place. Their kindness and patience doesn’t go unnoticed. More
