I have purchased 3 automobiles from Ash and I've never been disappointed. I have read some of the negative comments However this has not been my experience. I have been buying cars for almost 60 years. I just had the best experience ever. Ash, the owner, was a very honest dealer. I found a car that I liked, and set down with him to start the haggling and nego the best experience ever. Ash, the owner, was a very honest dealer. I found a car that I liked, and set down with him to start the haggling and negotiations. What a surprise ensued. He told me what he had to get out of the car. A fair, if not a steal of a deal. He told me what he would give me for my car on a trade which was more than I thought I could ever get out of the car. The deal was done! But as you know the deal is only as good as the promises made. About 3 weeks after the deal was done something broke on the car that Ash could not have known about. The repair could have cost me as much as $300-$400. It wasn't covered under his warranty he gave me when I bought the car. I didn't expect it to be covered. Ash arranged for the repair to be made at another business. When I asked how much I owed, the shop told me that Ash had arranged to cover the cost, parts and labor! It is refreshing to find an honest and a good man like Ash. If I live long enough to need another car, I WILL do business with Ash again!!! More

I purchase a 2011 Range Rover Sport in May 2020. I also purchased the extended warranty from ICONIC MOTORSCARS the Gold service for $3705. I love my truck. Thank you. However, the truck was in the shop and I presented the warranty to the dealership they called the warranty company and they stated that I don't have a warranty. It was rejected and never paid for by ICONIC MOTORSCAR. I have called, emailed and texted many times with no response. I will continue to pursue until I get a warranty or my money back. I would like to hear back from Ash to settle this issue. Ash, I have tried to call you several times as you requested and I have sent you a text message to the same number and I have not received a response or answer from either. At this point you have my information you can call me if you truly want to make this right. Ash all I am asking is for you to send me a full refund if you can't give me the warranty I paid for. $3705 More

I have waited a couple months before doing a review, I was skeptical that the service I received from Iconic was that good. I kept looking for things that may have been wrong. I purchased a 1977 Mercedes 450 SL, there are so many things that could be wrong with a car that's 43 years old This was one of the best experiences I've had in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Ash, the owner was professional and personable. The vehicles he sells are all top of the line and are shown to sell. He told me this was not a refurbished vehicle but rather a very good looking vehicle for driving for fun which he had cleaned up. He is a man of his word which is rare these days. He told me to drive the car and point out any issues and he would take care of them. 2 days later I picked up the car, repairs made.I did come across a couple issues which he fixed at his cost. Specifically, I was looking to purchase an S model to find out the model I purchased is a base. I live 1800 miles away!!! The dealership had already cashed my check. I knew that there could be a potential problem at this point. I spoke to the owner’Ash’ and he said that’s not a problem. He would return my money if I wanted, and that he did! Ash returned every dime of my money promptly. He had integrity and was a man of his word. I wish that was the model car I was looking for because it would’ve been parked in my driveway now. Although no purchase was made, our conversations, dealings, and transactions were very smooth and pleasant. We need car dealerships like his in Ohio. I will continue to watch his car inventory. If there is anything I see and like, I will definitely purchase it from him. More

I bought a 2011 bmw 328xi drive from Iconic. As with any used car there was some minor things that had to be fixed as expected. The owner Ash has answered every single one of my calls and has gone out of hi used car there was some minor things that had to be fixed as expected. 1st thing I have money so heres the situation. NEVER BUY FROM HERE. I spent 10K on a car asked if there was any problems before I bought. WELL LIAR ASH...1 week after home oil leak so I figured take to dealership over weekend well had to go sooner on way home from work brakes didn't work swerved to miss a car out in the dirt I go as I stand on the brakes to stop..WTH.... so immediately to dealership to go thru see whats wrong..hmm come to find out plate that sits above pistons is spewing oil out, all hoses are cracked. All gaskets need replaced and belt and cyclinders were leaking, transmission has a small leak, so asked if ASH was going to help with amy of the parts he said no WTH bring it back here now why would I take a car to get fixed by someone who has lied from the beginning not happening. So fixed almost all that crap now its warm out the AC dont work and going to cost another $4500 so after I'm fixing all the problems that he said there never was I will spend about $45,000 for repairs plus the $10k i spent on car. What a donkey ASH is...NEVER BUY FROM HERE Unless you want to spend alot of money for the car to run. Severe battery draw he disguised by putting a new battery in. Said he fixed the suspension which he didn't. I doubt any mechanic there is qualified to do anything. Lets see, Another oil leak that was not disclosed when I specifically asked. Motor mounts shot. Mechanic suggested I sell the car but I don't want to pass the headache along. Currently pursuing litigation against Ash. More

As stated above, the business, specifically, the owner did not take care of me like they like to claim on their webpage. They also claim that they inspect their vehicles for mechanical and safety issues. Clearly not the case with my car. I have already had over $5k in repairs which range from my brake booster failing giving me almost no braking ability and also endless leaks through the entire motor, transmission and coolant systems. I still have additional repairs that will soon be required in the ball park of $11k. Making my total repair costs around $16k, More than what I bought the car for. Not counting the ground transportation I'll incur while in the shop or the constant worry and possible days missed of work for having my car break down. I cant sell the car in its current condition without losing money and I can't afford to fix everything upfront. I am in California now for work when most of my current problems began. When I had brought this to the attention of the dealership, I was brushed off time and time again. They were unwilling to help me. After a while I just gave of and paid to have the initial repairs made just so I could have my car moving. I gave up going after the dealer. On 1/11/18, i made a call to ask if they had sent the change of title in on my car i traded in for the BMW and Ash (owner) said "why don't you go b_ _ch on the internet, go f_ck yourself". then hung up. I called back and he continued to call me things like "f_ _got", "little b_ _ch". Also insisting that I meet him in person and handle this like a man. I told him I was gonna take him to court and tell them what he said. He said "you're too broke to take me to court, go back to Uber you piece of sh_t" He just told me that he was gonna tell them that I wanted to kill him and i have a gun. While calling lawyers, he called me from a number I didn't recognize and portrayed being a lawyer. During the conversation I learned it was him and I texted him that I was coming for him. He took this opportunity to act like he was victim because I had sent what seemed like a threatening response to him when he knew exactly what I meant. I would steer far away from this guy and his business. He is as slimy as the come and I hope you read this before you are posting a negative review yourself. More
