If I could give them zero stars i would. They sold me a car that was having engine trouble. My pistons were shot. I haven't had the car a week and the engine was burning oil. I took it to their shop and they said i need a new engine and wanted me to pay out of pocket for it. The car wasn't 5 days old! I fought with them for months to try and get it replaced. Mark the manager( the only one that could approve them 88 me a new engine) never called me back avoided me at All costs. I went to the customer service on the website and Kris Ortega said that i had a 15 day warranty and it had been past the 15 day warranty so there was nothing they could do even though i tried to get this done with in the 1st week of having the car. When i explained that to her she ignored me like everyone else there has. They are very unprofessional and lack morals and respect. More

Run run run from this place!! I don't normally share reviews or my opinion on a certain businesses. However, I need to tell all of you to please share this far and wide and maybe i I don't normally share reviews or my opinion on a certain businesses. However, I need to tell all of you to please share this far and wide and maybe it will save someone else the pain of dealing with vagrant uncaring xxxxxxxx. I bought my Ford Fusion at IDEAL CARS, they have three locations, all on Main St, two in Mesa and one in Apache Junction. They promised me they would redo my tint. I showed up at their place a week later, at the time they told me to be there. Waited 45 minutes and then they told me the mobile tint guy wasn't answering their calls. So I could either bring it back, or go get the tint done myself with $200 that they would give me. We agreed to go get it done ourselves, which we did a few days later. I was satisfied. But then, I took my car through the wash, ONE time, and the black started peeling off my rims. Mind you, at this point, I've had the car 11 days. I called the dealership back and they confirmed that this black stuff on my tires, was Plasti Dip, and "whoever" did it, didn't prepare the rims correctly. I explained to them that the salesman told me "you guys dipped them" and when he said it, he didn't tell me it would peel off, he didn't tell me not to take it through the wash, and I would really like it if they could fix the problem. The general manager, who's name is Mark from what I've researched, sent me an email saying they would be happy to peel off the rest for me and expose the silver rims that are under it or give me a quote to do a two day job to get them dipped properly. Meaning he wanted me to pay for it. I emailed him back that I didn't feel this was right, and this shouldn't be my cost to repair, it should be their cost to repair, I bought a car with black rims, and 11 days later, they are not what I agreed to buy. That was four days ago. Mark is a coward, he lets his secretary take messages and never returns our calls. We call and he's too chicken xxxx to get on the phone. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Who doesn't return a customer's calls? We were going to go buy more cars there for Bret Ford and Riley Glebosky Ford because initially we thought they were pretty good guys. But they are not, they are sheisters, they don't care about the customer. It would be NOTHING for them to make this right. What? A couple hundred bucks to make it right, then they would of had a customer for life. Now we are going to let everyone know, stay away from these crooks. They do not care about you or anyone else that comes through that door. They just want to sell you a car and never hear from you again. PLEASE share this with everyone you know. More

That place was absolutely awful! If I could give 0 stars I would. The car they sold us was basically held together with epoxy. After about 2 weeks it started making all kinds of noises. When we took it to the mechanic, he called and said it took about 15 minutes of inspection to know that this car had so many problems that we would be spending more money to fix it than we paid for it. Total money pit, and the dealer sold it to us straight faced. So dishonest and crooked! Then come to find out that the title was never processed even months later. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! More

Destroyed my credit! I’m a 100% disabled vet. And they took advantage of me and my family left my wife and newborn in a parking lot. Would not even give my sons car seat up.
