This time however, my salesman was Shawn Terry, a gentleman who was very nice but was in the process of learning how to sell cars. It took about 5 hours to purchase the vehicle but Shawn did his very best and was very apologetic for the length of time it took to purchase the vehicle. I did understand as everyone has to learn the ropes and, as such, he did a fine job. This is the 2nd Santa Fe I have owned and chose to purchase another as the first one was the best vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you Shawn. I hope you have the opportunity to sell many vehicles.
