Once Abhi confirmed that the vehicle was in their inventory, he assured us that he would be waiting and available to help us once we arrived...30 minutes later. True to his word, the vehicle was prepped and ready for our test drive and the rest is history.
Abhi is a "ROCKSTAR" salesman who deserves a bonus! His attentiveness to the vehicle buying details were undeniably helpful and comforting. From A to Z, his knowledge far surpasses any dealership salesperson I have ever encountered.
Leaving no details unaddressed, when I returned to the dealership a week after my purchase to drop off some paperwork, Abhi was not available but made sure to have his colleague Shahz check in with me. Shahz was equally as helpful in making sure I was aware and understood all the bells and whistles that came with my new vehicle.

My experience with Guillermo "Bill" Duque the finance guy was disheartening to say the least. He explained that only two (2) banks were contacted for financing on my behalf and provided me with their offers which seemed poor choices given my above average credit score. His explanation was that the interest rates had gone up.
Subsequently, I reviewed my credit report to find more than the two (2) banks had been contacted but I was never given the information or option to make an informed decision. Truly disappointed with this part of the process and found alternate financing. Mr. Duque...I give you one star.
