Thank you for your feedback. Please understand that when you purchase a used vehicle there can be wear and tear from previous owners. We do our absolute best to ensure that all vehicles sold at Ideal are safe for the road. We use a reputable third-party Inspection station that ensures that all vehicles we sell pass Maryland State Inspection. We did honor your limited warranty and corrected the initial issues with the vehicle after your personal mechanic looked over the vehicle. To ensure you were satisfied with your deal, we replaced that battery and the front strut at no cost to you. We also discounted the vehicle to make this a good deal for you. When you signed your paperwork, we were very clear, and you also signed a disclosure that you fully understood and approved that this was an AS-IS and No warranty vehicle. When you took the vehicle back to your mechanic after the sale and he stated that there were other issues, it brings into question as to why he did not report these finding the first time he looked over the vehicle. Ideal has honored our commitment to you throughout the entire process from start to sale.
