A great experience Initially I called the dealership and spoke to Mr. Cook. I asked him a few questions and he answered them without the normal aggressive behavior of a Initially I called the dealership and spoke to Mr. Cook. I asked him a few questions and he answered them without the normal aggressive behavior of a car salesman. He simple stated that he would be glad to help me with further questions if I needed him. He eventually talked me into coming in to test drive the Tuscon and I stated I would in an hour, but I showed up in maybe 20 minutes. I spoke to Mr. Cook, told him what I wanted and we walked the car lot to see if I could find something that I was interested in. It took about 20 minutes. I found a car I liked and Mr. Cook wrote up the sale. I did tell him that I only had an hour or two that I had an appointment. He had me done by that necessary time and I drove off the lot with a new car. That was the fastest, easiest, most comfortable experience that I've ever had as it relates to buying a car. More
