Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had! We were not planning on buying a car when we stopped by this past weekend. We were just stopping by to take a look. Nathan immediately greeted us as We were not planning on buying a car when we stopped by this past weekend. We were just stopping by to take a look. Nathan immediately greeted us asked if he could help in any way. We gave him our parameters, he asked if we were against a used car. We said no and he indicated he had just the car for us! Test drove the car - everything was great! Again gave him our criteria for what we would be willing to pay each month and they made it happen. Fast forward - we got home and were looking over all the vehicle had to offer (they offer a lot these days!) and discovered that what we got was not AWD after all! Since they were closed, we contacted Nathan on Monday to discuss this very important feature we had said was a necessity for us - he asked for a couple of days to make things right. True to his word, he contacted us on Wednesday with an AWD vehicle which fit all our parameters and more. Made the switch of everything nice and painless. I would highly recommend both Ideal Buick and Nathan specifically if you are in need of a vehicle either new or used! Everyone from Nathan, to management to the finance group were so professional and great to work with, I no longer dread going car shopping. Thank you! More
