An amazing first time buyer experience that came with a hug. My experience with Ideal Buick-GMC-Hyundai of Frederick was exceptional. I called their Internet Sales Manager, Abigail Espinosa, just before heading My experience with Ideal Buick-GMC-Hyundai of Frederick was exceptional. I called their Internet Sales Manager, Abigail Espinosa, just before heading out to make sure the car was available. She was very helpful in answering all my questions. Upon arrival, I was met outside by friendly staff who directed me where to go. Once inside, I met Anne Beard who was working the front end. I immediately felt at ease by her warm and caring attitude. She loves to drag race cars in her spare time. How awesome is that? After a great test drive, I went back inside to show Anne the pricing information that I had researched online. After a very brief negotiation she accepted my final offer. The price was within $500 of True Car's estimate for an exceptional value. The entire process was streamlined and very efficient. We completed all of the paperwork that evening, and we agreed that I would come back to pick-up the car the following day. I needed time to secure financing and apply for a parking permit. Anne was great the entire time. I love my new car, and I am very pleased with my experience at Ideal. I should mention that Anne was scheduled to be off work the next day, but she came to work just to make sure I was good to go. She even bought my old car at a fair price. Just before leaving the lot, I mentioned that this deal was huge for me and I thanked her again. She even gave me a hug! Everyone I met at Ideal Buick-GMC-Hyundai was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car, even if you are a nervous first-time buyer like me. I drove home in the car I wanted at the price I needed, and I would do it all over again any day. More
