Great Service from the Service Center I discovered a problem with my car yesterday. I brought it in right away and was told that the problem was covered under warranty and there were 2 ad I discovered a problem with my car yesterday. I brought it in right away and was told that the problem was covered under warranty and there were 2 additional alerts on the vehicle that Amy said they would take care of at no charge as well. She had the courtesy shuttle bring me to work. When the repairs were completed I was busy at work and unable to leave to pick up my car. Amy had my car delivered to me at the office. Both courtesy shuttle drivers that I met were friendly and helpful. When the check engine light came on in my car, it was the worse way to start a Monday. I never imagined that Amy, the service team and your "rock star" courtesy drivers would actually turn this around for me. Thank you Ideal Service Team!!!!
