52K Service Bought the car new 2 years ago and used Ideal exclusively. Friendly staff, No issue with service results. Original service writer is no longer there, but I always felt he looked after my best interests. I'll miss dealing with him. 52K service went well, service staff were nice and professional. Having 5 vehicles, I've used many shops over the years. Only issue with this visit was I paid, they handed me the keys and said "Your car is out back behind the car wash."I found it, the seat and the dirty floor mat protectors were still in the car and the seat back was reclined like someone had been taking a nap. I hope you don't make your female customers go out back and hunt for their cars.. Perhaps reserve spaces near the service doors in a visible area or hire lot attendants again. More
