Three weeks later after loosing thousands of dollars I had it fixed at another dealership that had no problem getting the parts and said the parts were not back ordered like Al in the service department told me. And by the way Al stop hanging up on people, everyone I talked to this guy I would get cut off because I assume he thought we were done. I was not he just needs to slow down and listen to the customers. More
THE WORST SERVICE I have had nothing but HORRIBLE customer service. So dissatisfied with my used car (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee) that I bought almost a month ago, I have had it in their shop for over 3 weeks and have only been able to drive it for two days out of the whole month. Constant problems that should’ve been taken care of before it was even put on the website for sale. I have specific things that needed to be fixed and they fixed only half. Lazy service department who do things half-xxx and don’t actually care about your safety. Terrible service manager who just cares about money and will not follow through with promises after you sign the contract. You will play phone tag since no one wants to be held accountable. I will be going up on Monday to get my trade in back, this is the worst experience ever. More
Same as all the rest Went there with an open mind and told them exactly what I needed and could afford. They pretty much ignored what I said. I was looking for a used car. Went there with an open mind and told them exactly what I needed and could afford. They pretty much ignored what I said. I was looking for a used car. Took my information and came back with an brand new car. I test drove it but knew I could not afford it but they insisted I could. After looking at the finances they concluded what I already said. I could not afford it. I told them I could not put down a hefty down payment, they continued to ask for a hefty down payment. I told them I could not trade in my car, they asked for me to bring it in to be appraised. Everything I asked them NOT to do, they ignored and did what they wanted to do. I'm not sure if it was a lack of attention to detail in what I was stating or just their typical car dealer mumbo jumbo. Nothing special about this place. Same thing as any other car lot. I wouldn't say don't go there, but just expect the usual. More
Bad customer service - Trying to buy - Couldn't I tried to buy a brand new RAM 1500 that was advertised on Cars.com. Easy deal lack of response to meet urgency Being in sales myself, I was the low hanging fruit. I structured the entire deal on a new Dodge Journey nothing fancy at their low advertised price of Being in sales myself, I was the low hanging fruit. I structured the entire deal on a new Dodge Journey nothing fancy at their low advertised price of $16,980 with my own financing. I had a trade with $3,600 or less negative equity which my financing already approved to roll into my new loan so it was not coming out of their pocket I was only asking $2,600 for my trade when it is valued at least $4,500 (NADA & Edmunds) just so we would have a deal before hand sent pictures of trade, my approval, & vin # so all I would have to do is come down sign papers & drive off which is how I have always purchased vehicles without problem online. I don"t know if the emails where just CRM generated or if it was a real person responding. It is hard to find real salespeople these days. All I hear is come test drive but I do not live close by ....no the information is online & I have done my research all I need was the deal structured, sign & drive. Lack of response, excuses of busy, & no sense of urgency at this dealership. More

2015 dodge caravan problem solved live in Virginia. One Sunday afternoon ,while going back home from a trip to Georgia, the heater hoses blew off. The factory forgot to remove some tem live in Virginia. One Sunday afternoon ,while going back home from a trip to Georgia, the heater hoses blew off. The factory forgot to remove some temporary clamps. Caravan had only 3280 miles on it. A rollback towed us to Ilderton Dodge. One of the owners stopped in (on a Sunday afternoon), Steve, and within 20 minutes, we were in a new loner vehicle (no charge) and on our way home. My wife is disabled and this was a true blessing. They fixed my vehicle the next morning and even washed it to remove all the anti freeze that had blown all over. Thanks guys for a job well done. More
Terrible service! I called to have an airbag recall replaced. The dealership said to drop the car off and I should have my car back that afternoon or the next morning. I called to have an airbag recall replaced. The dealership said to drop the car off and I should have my car back that afternoon or the next morning. A day and a half later I still haven't received a call. I finally got in touch with the service department, 3 calls later right before they closed, when I was told they never got to my vehicle because they had to order a part and they are closed Sunday. Now I may be over blowing it, but dropping my car off for 2 1/2 days just "for fun" doesn't work for me. I picked my unfixed car up, very disappointed in the lack if professionalism and care for human safety at Ilderton Dodge. I now have to drive longer with an unsafe airbag which is said to be potentially fatal. I will never be back. I'm now taking my car to Winston-Salem, which is unfortunate considering I live a mile from Ilderton Dodge. Worthless! More

I could not be more dissastified I contacted Ilderton Dodge to see if there was a possibility of me trading my vehicle. I spoke with Mitch several times but once I put an application I contacted Ilderton Dodge to see if there was a possibility of me trading my vehicle. I spoke with Mitch several times but once I put an application in it was a week of no calls or emails. I finally emailed him very disgruntled and all I got were excuses. Then he had Don Massey call me. He identified himself as being from the finance department, which is on a voicemail that I still have, when in fact he was only customer acquisition. He had never looked at my credit bureau or situation yet promised me the world. When I arrived he met with me for 20 seconds before passing me off onto Brandon (who was great!). Brandon told me everything as it was, made suggestions, and was wonderful but at this point I have been ignored and lied to by two members of the sales staff. Then once they started looking into my information ( a week after I authorized the CB report to be run) they decided that based on his sales manager's prior knowledge that no bank would finance me that much money (not because of lack of income, decent credit score, but because of negative equity). I brought my concern of negative equity up to the first two and they said it would be no problem. Well...long story short was it took 1 guy 2 minutes to look at my information and decide not to even try with a bank and they didnt seem sad, or even disappointed (like I was) that I was walking out with nothing except for a bad taste in my mouth for Ilderton Dodge. I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy shop there (unless you like to be ignored, lied to, them give you "fair" value on your trade from KBB (about $2k less that they should) and then them not even try to get you financing). The good news.....I financed a brand new Jeep the very next day somewhere else. More
