Recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is our second new vehicle purchase from Imperial and we have always received great service from start to finish. When we picked up our new vehicle he initially went through the owners manual and pointed out very important features in the car. He then took us out to our new vehicle and went through all the settings explaining all the options and took the time to customize each and every one. We received a follow-up call the next day to make sure we were still happy about our purchase and asked if we had any questions. He ensured us he is always available and should we have any questions to give him a call. Great guy...lots of fun to work with. Made our car buying experience smooth and easy! More

Brian got us the best value for our trade in and when it came time to do paperwork, he got everything set up and checked in frequently to see if there was anything we needed-he went as far as bringing us cold drinks and having the new car cleaned and plates switched before we got our final signature on paper. I walked into Imperial not expecting to be purchasing that very same day. But i just so happened to find the exact model car that i was looking for at a reasonable price. We went in to take a look at some cars here and at the neighboring Imperial Ford dealership, and were about to purchase a fantastically priced 2014 Chevy Cruze LT. Unfortunately it was sold before we coul neighboring Imperial Ford dealership, and were about to purchase a fantastically priced 2014 Chevy Cruze LT. Unfortunately it was sold before we could make our commitment, but the dealership offered to adjust another Cruze LT to the same price, which was a very respectful gesture. Fortunately, the then higher priced 2014 Chevy Malibu LT was put on a red tag sale special, and dropped right into our price range. We came in a few days later, test drove it and signed the paperwork that day. I picked up my new car a few days later (we signed on a Friday, so had to wait a few business days) and I couldn't be happier with the service and car that I received! My family has been buying from Imperial Cars for over a decade, and I would highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
