When we picked up our new vehicle he initially went through the owners manual and pointed out very important features in the car. He then took us out to our new vehicle and went through all the settings explaining all the options and took the time to customize each and every one. We received a follow-up call the next day to make sure we were still happy about our purchase and asked if we had any questions. He ensured us he is always available and should we have any questions to give him a call. Great guy...lots of fun to work with. Made our car buying experience smooth and easy! More

I walked into Imperial not expecting to be purchasing that very same day. But i just so happened to find the exact model car that i was looking for at a reasonable price.
