The manager Jason was very nice as was Pedro and the finance person, even the General Manager Mike Penner came by the day I was picking up my new car to make sure I was happy, this was a great experience and have already recommended Imperial Hyundai to several of my friends. Communicationless The lack of communication once the purchase was very frustrated. We purchased the car on Saturday of Memorial Weekend, so we were told because of the The lack of communication once the purchase was very frustrated. We purchased the car on Saturday of Memorial Weekend, so we were told because of the Holiday Weekend, our car would be ready Thursday, Friday at the very latest. We understood, no problem. Thursday came and I did not hear from the dealership and called around noon. I was told by our salesman "Brian" that they have not received the insurance information and after I told him it's already been completed, After a few hours Brian called me and asked me to email him a copy of the insurance information to jmeehan@impericalcars.com. Brian told me the car would be ready for pickup on Friday and they are open until 7pm and he would wait for us until we arrive. Brian said to call him at around 11am on Friday he was waiting on an email that everything was all set. I called Brian on Friday around 11 to follow-up and a time frame when to pick up the car, that's when I was told he wasn't able to get the email I sent the night prior because Jay was out of the office. I feel that could have been relayed to me 3hrs earlier and then he gave me another email address to send the information. The other email address was MikeW@imperialcars.com. At this point Brian still confided that we would be able to pick up the car Friday night. I called back around 3pm and he said they were still at the "RMV" getting the plates and they should be back around 5pm and he would call me by 5pm. Brian finally called me back at 5:15pm and said they were not part of this drive program and we would not be able to get the car that day. Again though we were told on Saturday when we purchased the car, they are not part of the Drive Program and that's why we would not be able to get the car until Thursday or Friday at the latest. To make it up to us, he offered to give us accessories for the car such as a cargo net, first aid kit , etc. WHICH WE NEVER GOT AND STILL DONT HAVE. Fast forward to Monday, I did not hear from Brian at all. I had to call him during lunch to verify everything was all set and IT STILL WASN'T. Brian said it "could be" ready but could not give any confirmation and to call him back at 3pm. And that was the last time we heard from "OUR SALESMAN" Brian. I called at 3pm, no answer. I called 5pm, 530pm and 6pm, no answer. I finally just called the main office and asked for Brian and a Manager "Pedro" asked what he could help with. He said he would find out what is going on and would call us right back, as this point we are already on the way to the dealership. Pedro did call us back within 15 and told us the car is registered but the plates are not there yet and it would be 30-45 but we will be able to pick up the car that night. He was apologetic. The purchase of the car was seamless and smooth. Picking up the car was a complete nightmare with no sort of communication. The constant back and forth and having to make endless calls during work. And as of today, we don't have the extra accessories and are waiting on Imperial to order the other keyless alarm for the 2nd set of keys as it was not in the car when I was finally able to pick up the car after 7pm on Monday night 9 days after purchase. More

Excellent Experience! I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai from Imperial Cars at their new Hyundai dealership and could not be more happy. I made an appointment with Chris I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai from Imperial Cars at their new Hyundai dealership and could not be more happy. I made an appointment with Chris and he was able to arrange it for the very same day. He was very pleasant to deal with. Initially I went in looking at an SUV but ended up with a Sonata and I love it! Pedro, the Sales Manager and Luis, my salesperson were both very knowledgeable and helpful to me in making my decision. I was able to take the vehicle for an overnight test drive and went back the next day, purchased the vehicle at a great deal and was able to drive it home that evening. Mike Walsh, the Finance Manager explained all of my options to me and did not try to sell me things I didn't need, which made the whole process very pleasant. Yiro was very helpful in explaining some of the technical information to me which I appreciated very much. The whole experience at Imperial was terrific and I would not hesitate to go back there again. I highly recommend them. More
Best car purchase experience ever!!! I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport from Imperial Hyundai in Milford MA. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle I just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport from Imperial Hyundai in Milford MA. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, every person at this dealership was superb, they were all very down to earth, very helpful and HONEST !!! The salesman Brian Sceviour was very relaxed, no pressure, great to work with, for once an honest sales person, Jason Meehan was also very accomodating, working magic to get the deal done (he dressed very sharp also), Pedro Alvarez was also a big help and part that usually takes the longest was the finance guy Mike Walsh Jr, he made the final leg a breeze. I honestly can't be happier with these guys, I actually dreaded the process because buying a car can be an all day affair with them trying to wear you down but this was fantastic, they were quick and fun all at the same time. Highly recommend using this dealership, make sure you ask for Brian, he'll set you up and you won't be disappointed at all. More

I went to the dealership with a certain amount I was looking to spend and Brian Sceviour was excellent in helping me find the right car to fit my needs. All of the sales associates were very friendly. In addition, they listened to your needs and delivered a solution as best as possible. Great experience. John Agbey was my agent, and he could not have been more fantastic. I was initially on my way to a different dealership, but got a recommendation for John Agbey was my agent, and he could not have been more fantastic. I was initially on my way to a different dealership, but got a recommendation for this one instead, and I swung in unexpected, quite late in the afternoon on a Saturday. Despite this, John Agbey was welcoming from the start. He had seemingly limitless patience as all the other workers left for the day as he helped me decide on what would work best for me, personally. There had to be further planning and coordination in order to complete the process, since I had arrived too late to have the financial department close the deal, and I had limited opportunity to get back within the next couple of days. However, John Agbey was continuously kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire process. I have been driving my car for the last few weeks, and could not have been more satisfied with the car, and certainly, with John's help. Much thanks, and you bet I will be back in the future for the next round! More
