Great Experience for First Time Car Buyer I am a first time car buyer and have visited several car dealerships in order to find the right offering for myself. Milford was a great experience fr I am a first time car buyer and have visited several car dealerships in order to find the right offering for myself. Milford was a great experience from the start. I was greated when I walked in and handled by the sales team with great attentiveness and respect. While the timeframe of the entire sales motion could have been quicker (from when I walked in to finalizing the paperwork) the team was apologetic and accommodating. The main reason for the wait came from the Memorial Day holiday weekend which drove an influx of car buyers. It was sheer volume driving the wait and no a factor of attentiveness or negligence. They did have a great waiting area with a comfortable chairs and televisions with snacks, coffee and water readily available. More

Oil change They were supposed to price match a competing Toyota dealership's price for oil change. Come to find out after looking at the receipt the adjustment w They were supposed to price match a competing Toyota dealership's price for oil change. Come to find out after looking at the receipt the adjustment was never made. Moderately annoying but I should have double checked before I left. Also the price of labor on changing an air filter and cabin filter is RIDICULOUS. It literally takes about 2 minutes to do both. Next time I will buy the filters and install myself. Oil change, cabin filter and air filter change came to about $200. That is crazy. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There won't be a second time. I have learned from this experience. I'll still bring my car for oil changes but that's it. More
